As women, we at MiFitness know how important self-care is for pregnant ladies and new moms. All our instructors are fully qualified in pre and post natal fitness
Pre-Natal Classes: A class designed to suit all stages of pregnancy. This class will take you and your bump through a full body workout combining light cardio with body conditioning, resistance bands and swiss balls. The class will ensure the mummy to be is fit and strong for childbirth targeting areas such as core, back and pelvic floor. To finish the class stretching and breathing techniques will be used to help ease tension placed on the body during pregnancy.
Post-Natal Classes: Bring your baby along to our expertly developed Post-Natal Courses which offer specific, targeted exercises that are gentle and effective for ever-changing post-natal bodies. Strengthen your core and pelvic floor with exercises that are designed to ease you back into shape. Take note of our course dates if you’re a new mama!
Pre/Post Natal Personal Training: If your looking for more specific training or various times then this might be the option for you. Pre/Post Natal personal training can be done at any time during our opening hours with one of our qualified staff. If any of you post natal ladies are looking to bring your baby along to your session then the times available are 9am-5pm.
