How did you get into fitness?
As a child, I’d never been a sporty one: always comparing myself to others, insecure and afraid of people’s judgement and this put quite a stop to all my attempts. It has only been in the last 5 years that my mentality and approach to fitness changed and for the better! Joined a gym to lose some weight and fell in love with resistance training!
